On the advice of their Advisory Committee the Board have further agreed to recommend that a Professorship of the Economics of Education should be established, and assigned to the Department of Education, for Professor Colclough for his tenure as Director.

2. The Board have ascertained that Professor Colclough is willing to accept appointment to these offices. The Board accordingly propose that a Professorship should be established for ten years, as specified above, for the person named.
