Under the authority of Graces 1 and 2 of 6 August 2003 the Common Seal of the University was affixed, in the presence of S. BOWRING, on behalf of the Registrary, and V. Mitchell, on behalf of the Treasurer, to an Amending Statute containing amendments of Statute A, III, 7(a) (Membership of the Regent House), Statute A, IV, 2 and 4 (The Council), Statute G, III, and VI (College Accounts and Kitchen Management), Statute T, and Schedules D and E.
