Under the authority of Grace 1 of 24 April 2003 and Graces 9 and 10 of 8 May 2003 the Common Seal of the University was affixed, in the presence of S. BOWRING, on behalf of the Registrary, and R. Lamont Abrams, on behalf of the Treasurer, to Amending Statutes containing amendments of Statute A, VIII, 7 (Conduct of Business - amendments to Graces) and Statute D (University Officers), Chapters I, II, and XIV-XX.
