The Vice-Chancellor requests, in accordance with Regulation 3 for Academical Dress (Statutes and Ordinances, p. 185) that the Doctors in the several Faculties wear their festal gowns in public on Monday, 2 June 2003, the fiftieth anniversary of the Coronation of Her Majesty The Queen.
He further requests that the University flag be flown that day from University buildings having flagpoles.
