Kalsang Dorji, an undersecretary in the Tibetan Government in Exile (based in Dharamsala in northern India) will give a talk entitled Democratic processes and the Tibetan exile community at 6 p.m. on Thursday, 15 May, in the Lee Hall, Wolfson College. Refreshments shall be available from 5.45 p.m. The talk is anticipated to last 15-20 minutes followed by 40 minutes of questions and discussion. All are welcome.
