David Scrase, Keeper of Paintings, Drawings, and Prints, will give a lecture entitled Flowers: 'Vanitas', botany, and decoration, on Thursday, 1 May, at 5.15 p.m. in the Theatre, Peterhouse. Tickets, priced £5, may be obtained in advance from the Secretary, Friends of The Fitzwilliam Museum (tel. 01223 332933). Tickets on the door will be subject to availability. The lecture price includes wine.
