St Anne's College

LECTURERSHIP IN MODERN HISTORY

Applications are invited for a nine-hour Lecturership in Modern History from 1 October 2003 for the academical year 2003-04, with the possibility of renewal for a further year. The stipend will be in the range of £12,935 to £14,459 a year subject to review on 1 August 2003. The Lecturer will be primarily responsible for teaching history in the early modern period at undergraduate level. The appointment is open to men and women.

FIXED-TERM SUPERNUMERARY FELLOWSHIP IN ENGLISH

Applications are invited for a Supernumerary Fellowship in English Language and Literature from 1 October 2003 for three years. The stipend will be £24,121 subject to review on 1 August 2003. The Fellow will be primarily responsible for teaching English Literature of the period 1642-1832 at undergraduate level, and will have obligations both to the College and to the English Faculty Board. The appointment is open to men and women.

FIXED-TERM SUPERNUMERARY FELLOWSHIP IN PHILOSOPHY

Applications are invited for a Supernumerary Fellowship in Philosophy from 1 October 2003 for two years. The stipend will be £24,121 subject to review on 1 August 2003. The Fellow will have obligations both to the College and to the Philosophy Faculty Board. Applications from those able to teach ancient philosophy in the original language are especially welcome. The appointment is open to men and women.
