On Monday, 10 March, at 8.30 p.m. in the Cockcroft Lecture Theatre, New Museums Site, Professor S. Ley, FRS, of the Department of Chemistry, will deliver a lecture entitled Evolution or revolution: the challenge to today's synthesis chemist. All who are interested are invited.
At a meeting held on 24 February in the Cockcroft Lecture Theatre, Professor T. M. Cox, President, was in the Chair. Professor Keith Glover, FRS, of the Department of Engineering, delivered a lecture entitled Almost everything under control: feedback by design. A vote of thanks was moved by Professor Andy Hopper.
