By adding Papers 4 and 8 of the Historical Tripos, Part II, to this list, removing Paper 28, and amending the entry for Paper 20 so that the complete list reads as follows:

Paper 4. History of political thought from c. 1700 to c. 1890.

Paper 8. A subject in the history of ideas (in any year in which the subject specified has been approved for this purpose by the Faculty Board of Modern and Medieval Languages).

Paper 20. A subject in modern European History (in any year in which the subject specified has been approved for this purpose by the Faculty Board of Modern and Medieval Languages).
