Because of an administrative error at Cambridge University Press some of the envelopes sent out in the distribution of ballot papers for voting on Grace 7 of 24 July 2002 (Principal Administrative Officers) and on Grace 1 of 15 May 2002 and the amendments thereof (Conduct of Discussions) did not contain both sets of flysheets. A second mailing of these flysheets has now gone out to the addresses concerned. However, if any member of the Regent House has not received copies, these may be obtained from the University Draftsman's office (tel. 32298, e-mail sbf1001@admin.cam.ac.uk).
