Sir David Hare will give a one-off reading of his acclaimed Via Dolorosa at the ADC Theatre in Cambridge on Saturday, 20 October 2001, at 3 p.m. This piece is based on Sir David's interviews with people on both sides of the Arab-Israeli conflict and is his personal reflection on the situation in the Middle East.
This event forms part of the Faculty building fundraising campaign. Places are limited but tickets are now on sale. The price for attending the reading is £15.00; a very limited number of tickets for students will be available for £7.50. The champagne reception which follows the reading will be an extra £5.00.
