It is regretted that the ground-floor Archaeology gallery is closed to the public for essential maintenance works for approximately four weeks from Thursday, 10 May. The first and second floor galleries will remain open.
The Museum's public opening hours are 2 p.m. to 4.30 p.m. on Tuesdays to Saturdays inclusive. However during the period 12 June to 7 September 2001 inclusive, with financial support from Cambridge City Council, these hours will be extended to 10.30 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. on Tuesdays to Fridays, and 2 p.m. to 4.30 p.m. on Saturdays.
A special exhibition, entitled Collected sights, based on the Museum's photographic collection relating to archaeology and anthropology, is now available .
