Archaeological and Anthropological Tripos, Part IIB, 2001: Notice

The General Board give notice that, on the recommendation of the Faculty Board of Archaeology and Anthropology, and notwithstanding the provisions of Regulation 17 for the Archaeological and Anthropological Tripos, they have agreed to permit Miss K. E. Roberts, of Pembroke College, and Mr K. L. C. Westley, of Trinity Hall, to offer the following combinations of papers and other exercises in Part IIB of that Tripos in 2001:

Miss Roberts: Papers A4, A5, A6, A28, and a dissertation,

Mr Westley: Papers A4, A5, A7, A8, and A24.

These two candidates received incorrect advice about the examination requirements and have been preparing for the combinations of papers shown, although these do not conform to the requirements of the regulations. The General Board have received a plea of incuria from the candidates' Directors of Studies and Tutors.
