Economic and Social Research Council Centre for Business Research: Notice

The General Board give notice that they have amended the regulations for the Economic and Social Research Council Centre for Business Research (Statutes and Ordinances, p. 598) as set out below. The purpose of the amendment is to increase the number of members of the Advisory Board in class (c). The General Board have also removed the limit on the maximum permitted membership of six years. The regulations have been amended as follows:

Regulation 9.

By amending sub-paragraph (c) so as to read:

(c) at least twelve persons appointed by the General Board on the recommendation of the Director.

By amending the following sentence so as to read:

Members in classes (b) and (c) shall be elected or appointed in the Michaelmas Term to serve for three years from 1 January following their election or appointment.
