A meeting of the Friends will be held at 11.30 a.m. on Saturday, 21 October, in the Morison Room, University Library, when Professor Sir Frank Kermode will speak on Cambridge and twentieth-century criticism. Entry for Friends is free; for others it is £3.50. The talk will be preceded at 11 a.m. by the Annual General Meeting of the Friends. Coffee will be served from 10.30 a.m.
