The College seeks a new Bursar. The Bursar is responsible for the management and administration of the College, reporting to the Warden and Governing Body, of which he or she is a member. As the Bursar is the chief administrative officer of the College, the post requires managerial and financial skills in equal proportions. The successful candidate will be an experienced manager with a record of achievement, relevant professional qualifications, excellent communication skills, and an ability to manage change. The salary will be in the range £35,000 to £39,564.
St Antony's is a graduate College, specializing in international social science and history, with a multi-cultural student body. It has a flourishing conference business. The College is committed to achieving equal opportunities.
