REGULATIONS FOR EXAMINATIONS: NOTICE BY THE GENERAL BOARD

The General Board give notice that, on the recommendation of the Faculty Board or other authority concerned, they have approved amendments of the regulations for certain University examinations, as follows:

Medical and Veterinary Sciences Tripos, Part II

The regulations for Part II of the Medical and Veterinary Sciences Tripos (Statutes and Ordinances, p. 324) have been amended as set out below. The purpose of the amendments is (i) to introduce a new four-paper subject, entitled Epidemiology, (ii) to amend the list of one-paper subjects so that the paper 'Medicine, Ethics, and Law' is available every year. The regulations have been amended, with effect from 1 October 2000, as follows:

Regulation 25(a).

By inserting in the list of four-paper subjects the entry 'Epidemiology'.

Regulation 25(c).

By amending the text so as to read:

(c) One-paper subjects

Medicine, Ethics, and Law; and such other subjects as are announced under Regulation 27.
