Natural Sciences Tripos, Part III (Materials Science and Metallurgy)

The regulations for the subject Materials Sciences and Metallurgy in Part III of the Natural Sciences Tripos (Statutes and Ordinances, p. 356) have been amended as set out below. The purpose of the amendments is to enable candidates to work on their research project during the Lent Term. The regulations have been amended, with effect from 1 October 2000, as follows:

Regulation 35.

Materials Science and Metallurgy

(A) By amending sub-paragraph (b) as follows:

By replacing in the second line the words 'the second Friday of Full Lent Term' with the words 'the first Friday of Full Easter Term'.

(B) By replacing in the sixth line the words 'first Friday' with the words 'second Friday'.
