At a meeting held on 6 March, Professor A. Howie, President, was in the Chair. Professor J. S. Parker, Director of the University Botanic Garden, delivered a lecture, entitled Science, philosophy, and the University Botanic Garden. A vote of thanks was moved by Professor R. A. Leigh.
Travel Grants amounting to £1,600 have been awarded to Fellows of the Society.
