Graces submitted to the Regent House on 26 January 2000

The Council submit the following Graces to the Regent House. These Graces, other than any which is withdrawn or for which a ballot is requested in accordance with the regulations for Graces of the Regent House (Statutes and Ordinances, p. 113), will be deemed to have been approved at 4 p.m. on Friday, 4 February 2000.

1. That the recommendations contained in paragraph 4 of the Report of the General Board, dated 1 December 1999, on the establishment of a Professorship of Nonlinear Mathematical Science (Reporter, p. 257) be approved.

2. That the recommendations contained in paragraph 37 of the Report of the Faculty Board of Biology, dated 15 November 1999, on the regulations for Part IA and Part IB of the Medical and Veterinary Sciences Tripos (Reporter, p. 257) be approved.

3. That the recommendations contained in paragraph 6 of the Report of the Faculty Board of Social and Political Sciences, dated 25 November 1999, on the regulations for Part II of the Social and Political Sciences Tripos (Reporter, p. 282) be approved.
