Graces to be submitted to the Regent House at a Congregation on 22 January 2000

The Council have sanctioned the submission of the following Graces to the Regent House at a Congregation to be held on 22 January 2000:

1. That the title of the degree of Master of Arts honoris causa be conferred under Statute B, IV upon MR DAVID RUBIO, luthier and musical instrument maker.1

That the following person be admitted to the degree of Master of Arts by incorporation:

2. CHRISTOPHER FRANCIS HAMMOND, Administrative Officer, Grade I, in the University Offices, Master of Arts of the University of Oxford (1997).

That the following persons be admitted to the degree of Master of Arts under the provisions of Statute B, III, 6:

3. ALEXANDER BOKSENBERG, Fellow of Churchill College.

4. JOHN RICHARD BRADLEY, of Trinity Hall, Associate Lecturer in the Faculty of Clinical Medicine.

5. PETER ALEXANDER HYNES, Senior Technical Officer in the Department of Zoology.

1 The date on which the title of the degree is to be conferred will be announced later.
