The College intends to appoint a Development Director, who will formulate and implement a strategy to maximize the fundraising of Jesus College. The Director will raise significant sums from individual benefactors, businesses, and trusts. A programme of regular giving by alumni and a legacy campaign will be launched.
Candidates should be able to interact comfortably with philanthropists, politicians, public officials, and senior business figures. Four to five years' experience of fundraising and marketing will be essential to the success of the role. The salary will be up to £50,000 a year, together with other benefits.
