Elections

Professor E. Tandeter, NH, Ph.D., Paris, elected the Simón Bolívar Professor of Latin American Studies from 1 October 1999 for one year.

Mr A. R. Green, M.A., Q, M.B., B.S., Ph.D., London, FRCP, FRCPath, Wellcome Trust Senior Research Fellow in Clinical Science and Honorary Consultant, Department of Haematology, elected Professor of Haemato-oncology from 1 October 1999.
