Prospective and current Clare Hall students are eligible to apply for bursaries in one of the following categories:
For maintenance bursaries priority will be given to Ph.D. students, based on academic merit and funding shortfall. Priority for minor bursaries, including the Jonathan Hart Bursary, will be given to overseas students, based on academic merit and financial need.
Priority will be given to self-funded UK students.
One award of £2,500 awarded to an overseas Ph.D. student in social sciences.
Prospective students should indicate on the CIGAS Form A (submitted to the Board of Graduate Studies) that they wish to be considered for a Clare Hall Bursary and will be sent an application if they are accepted by the college. All applications for awards should be received as soon as possible and preferably not later than 20 April 2000. Current students should see their Tutor.
