English Tripos, Part I

The supplementary regulations for Part I of the English Tripos (Statutes and Ordinances, p. 295) have been amended as set out below. The purpose of this amendment is to discontinue Russian as a subject of examination in Paper 7. The regulations have been amended, with effect from 1 October 2000, as follows:

Paper 7.  Foreign language and literature: passages for translation and comment

By deleting the reference to Russian.
