COMPUTER SUPPORT OFFICER (20 hours a week)

A Computer Support Officer is required to join the IT department of this friendly College. Principal responsibilities include providing support to students, staff, and Fellows in their day-to-day use of computers, and routine departmental administration. Candidates should have expertise in troubleshooting Windows 95 and/or Windows NT, preferably in a networked environment. Familiarity with MS Office 97 is essential and experience of Netware 4.11 or 5 would be an advantage. The appointment is for 20 hours a week, but flexible arrangements, such as to suit school holidays, may be possible by arrangement. Salary is £18,275 to £23,651 pro rata (pay award pending).
