PROFESSORSHIP OF MOLECULAR MEDICINE AND DIRECTORSHIP OF THE INSTITUTE OF MOLECULAR MEDICINE

The electors intend to proceed to an election to the Professorship of Molecular Medicine and Directorship of the Institute of Molecular Medicine with effect from 1 October 2000 or such later date as may be arranged. The chair falls vacant upon the retirement of Professor Sir David Weatherall, FRS.

A non-stipendiary Professorial Fellowship at Corpus Christi College is attached to the Professorship.

Applications (twelve copies, or one only from overseas candidates), naming three persons who have agreed to act as referees on this occasion, should be received not later than 5 July 1999 by the Registrar, University Offices, Wellington Square, Oxford, OX1 2JD, from whom further particulars may be obtained.
