Applications are invited for an unestablished Research Professorship in Opto-Electronics to take up appointment from 1 October 1999 or as soon as possible thereafter. Applicants should be working on the functioning of eyes, or the processing of visual signals in the brain. They should have an established record of excellence in research, and be willing to integrate with the Department's strong research base in neurobiology, developmental biology, behaviour, and behavioural ecology.
