The Vice-Chancellor invites those qualified under the regulations for Discussions (Statutes and Ordinances, p. 114) to attend in the Council Room on Tuesday, 8 December, at 2 p.m., for the discussion of the Report, dated 18 November 1998, of the General Board on the establishment of a Professorship of Real Estate Finance (p. 186).
