Graces to be submitted to the Regent House at a Congregation on 14 November 1998

The Council have sanctioned the submission of the following Graces to the Regent House at a Congregation to be held on 14 November 1998:

That the following person be admitted to the degree of Doctor of Philosophy by incorporation:

1. WILLIAM JOHN CLEGG, Fellow of Selwyn College, Reader in Ceramics in the Department of Materials Science and Metallurgy, Doctor of Philosophy of the University of Oxford (1984).

That the following persons be admitted to the degree of Master of Arts under the provisions of Statute B, III, 6:

2. ANN HALLAMORE CAESAR, Fellow of Corpus Christi College, University Lecturer in the Department of Italian.

3. DAVID COLIN NORTH, Deputy Director of University Biomedical Support Services.

4. KIM WALKDEN HARRIS, of Wolfson College, Australian Branch Director of Cambridge University Press.

5. WAYNE CAMPBELL, Assistant Registrary in the University Offices.

6. DAVID HOWARD SCOTT, Computer Officer, Grade II, in the University Offices.

7. ELAINE NUNNS, Computer Officer, Grade II, in the University Offices.
