The Vice-Chancellor invites those qualified under the regulations for Discussions (Statutes and Ordinances, p. 114) to attend in the Council Room on Tuesday, 10 November, at 2 p.m., for the discussion of

4. The Report, dated 21 October 1998, of the General Board on the procedure for the consideration of applications for the establishment of personal Professorships and Readerships in 1999 and subsequent years (published on Friday, 30 October, p. 106).
