Review Committee: Notice

In accordance with the policy set out in their Notice of 24 February 1988 (Reporter, 1987-88, p. 407), the General Board give notice that the following Review Committee has recently been established, with the terms of reference given.

Centre of Latin-American Studies

Terms of reference

To consider matters relating to the current and future activities of the Centre of Latin-American Studies with particular reference to:

(a) the Centre's teaching and research;
(b) the arrangements for the one-year M.Phil. course and examination in Latin-American Studies and the Centre's role in supporting postgraduate work at Ph.D. level undertaken in various Faculties;
(c) the Centre's establishment of University offices and other resources available to the Centre;
(d) the organization, management, and administration of the Centre;
(e) the role, constitution, and procedures of the Committee of Management for the Centre;
(f) the future development of the Centre's work;
(g) the relationship of the work of the Centre with other cognate disciplines and with other institutions nationally and internationally.
