Graces submitted to the Regent House on 11 August 1999

The Council submit the following Graces to the Regent House. These Graces, other than any which is withdrawn or for which a ballot is requested in accordance with the regulations for Graces of the Regent House (Statutes and Ordinances, p. 115), will be deemed to have been approved at 4 p.m. on Friday, 20 August 1999.

1. That, on the nomination of the Council, Mrs N. M. Padfield, of Fitzwilliam College, be appointed University Advocate for four years from 1 October 1999.

2. That, on the nomination of the Council, Dr P. J. Rogerson, of Gonville and Caius College, be appointed Deputy University Advocate for two years from 1 October 1999.
