Fitzwilliam College
MUSICAL DIRECTOR
Although it only admits one or two students to read Music each year, Fitzwilliam College has a vibrant musical life: many students participate in the orchestra, choir, and a wide variety of musical groups; the New Fitzwilliam Quartet has recently embarked on a series of residencies at the College. From October 1998 we wish to appoint someone to coordinate and stimulate these various activities. The post might suit a young graduate with experience as an Organ Scholar or choral director. This is a part-time position which carries a small stipend (up to £1,500 a year) and certain High Table dining rights.
