Corpus Christi College

BURSAR

Applications are invited for the post of Bursar of the College. The Bursar has responsibility under the Governing Body for the financial affairs of the College and for its investments, has substantial administrative responsibilities, and is centrally involved in College policy and planning for the medium and the long term. The Bursar will work alongside the Domus Bursar who has responsibility for personnel and domestic services. The Bursar will be elected to a Fellowship of the College.

The successful candidate will be expected to have knowledge of management and of accounting and budgeting techniques, and will be responsible for ensuring that appropriate IT systems are implemented. Familiarity with university administration and the conventions of academic life is an advantage. The post entails committee work and complex negotiations.

Salary will be in the range between £34,942 and £41,288 a year.
