Cambridge Group for Irish Studies

An afternoon seminar on The Irish rebellion of 1798: the international contexts, will be held from 2.15 p.m. to 5.30 p.m. on Friday, 20 March, in the Munro Room, Queens' College.

The speakers and topics will be:

Dr Kevin Whelan The glorious American, French, and Irish Revolutions: the context of 1798.
Dr Maurice Bric The united Irishmen in America and the evolution of the first party system.
Professor Tom Bartlett Informers, informants, and information: the Intelligence in the 1790s.
