Faculty of Philosophy

TEMPORARY ASSISTANT LECTURESHIP

The Faculty wishes to appoint a Temporary Assistant Lecturer for six months from October 1998 to 31 March 1999. The successful candidate may have research interests in any field of philosophy, but will be expected to teach political philosophy and feminist philosophy, and will be required to give thirty-two lectures in the course of the Michaelmas and Lent Terms. He or she may also be invited to take part in examining undergraduates in the Easter Term.

The salary for this fixed term post is £16,927 a year (pro rata). The post is non-pensionable.
