Office of Director of the Estate Management and Building Service: Notice

The University wishes to appoint to the office of Director of the Estate Management and Building Service, which is currently vacant following the retirement in September 1997 of the previous Director, Mr David Todd-Jones.

The University is looking for an energetic individual with relevant professional qualifications and experience from inside or outside higher education to lead the development and implementation of the University's estate strategy and to devise and develop the operational plans of the Service, including efficient and responsive maintenance and the management of major and minor projects on a VFM basis.

The appointment will be subject to the Statutes and Ordinances of the University. The University follows an equal opportunities policy.
