Graces submitted to the Regent House on 4 February 1998

The Council submit the following Graces to the Regent House. These Graces, other than any which is withdrawn or for which a ballot is requested in accordance with the regulations for Graces of the Regent House (Statutes and Ordinances, p. 113) will be deemed to have been approved at 4 p.m. on Friday, 13 February 1998.

1. That the Pitt Professorship of American History and Institutions be assigned for the academical year 1998-99 to the Faculty of Economics and Politics.

2. That the regulations for University Composition Fees be amended, with effect from 1 January 1998, as follows:1

 By inserting in the list of courses leading to the M.St. Degree the following entry:

Applied Criminology and Management (Prison Studies) £3,000
