The following persons have been appointed in the manner prescribed by Ordinance to preach before the University during the academical year 2002-03.

3 November | Professor J. H. Baker, Downing Professor of the Laws of England, University of Cambridge, Fellow of St Catharine's College (The Lady Margaret's Preacher, Commemoration of Benefactors: scarlet day). |
2 February | The Most Revd Timothy Radcliffe, formerly Master of the Order of Preachers (the Dominicans), Honorary Fellow of St John's College, Oxford, and formerly Chaplain to Imperial College. |
2 March | Professor D. A. Turner, Norris-Hulse Professor of Divinity, University of Cambridge, Fellow of Peterhouse (Hulsean Sermon). |
4 May | The Revd Dr Christina Le Moignan, of New Hall, formerly President of the Methodist Conference. |
18 May | The Rt Revd Mano Rumalshah, General Secretary of the United Society for the Propagation of the Gospel, formerly Bishop of Peshawar in the United Church of Pakistan (Ramsden Sermon). |
University Sermons are delivered in Great St Mary's Church at 11.15 a.m. on the Sundays stated.
