Highlight Composition workshop: school years 3-6 Cambridge Young Composer of the Year Competition Judge, Jeremy Thurlow, and the University New Music Group will lead this interactive composition workshop for students in years 3-6. This workshop will introduce children in primary schools to the skills needed to write their own pieces of music. No experience necessary, just enthusiasm and a willingness to learn. |

Highlight CUMS May week concert For the finale of what has been a fantastic season of CU Musical Society concerts, CUMS Symphony Orchestra and Chorus are joined by Sawston Village College Choir, and by world-renowned conductor Graeme Jenkins (Music Director, Dallas Opera), for a performance of Debussy 'La Mer' and Berlioz 'Te Deum'.
