Artists and the definition of art

Alana Jelinek, artist and AHRC Creative Fellow, Museum of Archaeology & Anthropology, Cambridge will discuss the question of the definition of art with philosopher, Derek Matravers. Discussion will address issues raised in Jelinek's recent publication, This is Not Art (2013 I.B. Tauris), a philosophical investigation of current theory and practice of art.
