Deathly Encounters!

Sat 2 November 2019

Museum of Archaeology and Anthropology

The programme of events begins with public lecture from “Forensic Anna” – forensic anthropologist Dr Anna Williams, who will speak about the debates around unique outdoor forensic laboratories known colloquially as ‘Body Farms’ in the USA and Australia. This talk is hosted at the Duckworth Laboratory.

Then why not join us after dark to explore the Museum of Archaeology and Anthropology and get involved in our ‘death fayre’, with opportunities to contribute your own artistic interpretations as well as to explore the amazing artefacts which make up the MAA’s collections.
