GoActive - Help us make our research relevant!
Mon 30 November 2015
The Møller Centre
Researchers at the University of Cambridge are looking for parents, teachers and anyone involved in sports or education to help us improve our research. We are shortly rolling out a new study called GoActive which is delivered in schools to Year 9 students. The project aims to increase physical activity among teenagers and to be inclusive to those who may usually shy away from activity.
We want to know what matters to you as parents, to make sure we’re asking the right questions and also that our information is clear and relevant.
We are holding a 2 hour workshop on the evening of Monday 30th November at the Moller centre in Cambridge and would love for you to join us. Drinks and canapes will be provided (and travel expenses). You will also be given the opportunity to join an ongoing advisory panel for our research. It is your chance to get involved and make a difference to the health teenagers.
Please see the attached leaflet for more information, or contact us at goactive@mrc-epid.cam.ac.uk if you have any questions or would like to attend.
