The Cambridge University Brass Ensemble (CUBE) returns to the Painted Church once again for a Sunday lunchtime recital in a varied programme for all.

BEETHOVEN Symphony No. 6 in F major, Op. 68 ‘Pastoral’

Max Todes conducts a chamber orchestra of students from across the university, convened especially for the lunchtime concert series. As a perfect accompaniment to the first concert in Spring 2024, they will perform Beethoven’s sixth symphony, known as the ‘Pastoral’ symphony due to its evocation of nature.
Cost: Free admission with retiring donations gratefully received.
