This year we will again be having Carols by Candlelight — a traditional candlelit service of lessons and carols, with carols sung by the Choirs of the University Church

This year, of course, things are a bit different — the services will be ticketed, seating is limited, with 2m distance between households, and all the singing will be done by the choir alone. But even with our face coverings on, it's a time to be together in the ancient University Church, listening to Christmas music by candlelight, celebrating the light that shines in the darkness.

In order to accommodate as many people as possible, we will have four (slightly shorter) services.

Tickets for the nave (ground floor) are for households of 1-4 people, and in the gallery (balcony) for households of 1-2 people. Larger households will require additional tickets — this allows us to seat households 2m apart from one another.
