The Spirit of Inquiry: how the Cambridge Philosophical Society shaped modern science

Mon 25 November 2019

Abstract as follows: Today, Cambridge is recognised as a world-leading centre for science, but it wasn’t always so. The lecture is free (no booking required) and open to all who are interested and will be an excellent opportunity to hear an eminent scientist.

Signed copies of the Society's book will be available for purchase at the special discounted price of £5.00 to those attending the lecture.
