McCrum Lecture Theatre
Lecture looking at the path from bursts of entrepreneurial activity to steady state business development. The role of strategic and operational planning within a company and the ongoing internal knowledge requirements for effective market positioning. Followed by free drinks reception from 6.30pm.
This talk is part of the Institute of Continuing Education's free evening lecture series, 'Empowered Employability'. The lectures are aimed at Cambridge University students, post-doctoral researchers and staff. Those from science and technology businesses and research organisations are also welcome to attend.
