The Cambridge Colleges: A Walking Tour

This walking tour from “Hidden Cambridge”, and led by a Cambridge Green Badge Guide, will take an in-depth look at several of the city centre colleges and go inside one (depending on public access on that day).
One college, with unusually strong links to a particular county, had one master who came up with a rather unique way to mark a student’s journey, but what was it? And the same master introduced a statute that could have excluded one of the college’s most famous professors of all time!
There’s something for everyone: tales of Royalty (past and present), comedians (Monty Python), war heroes (think “The Great Escape”) not to mention famous architects etc. etc.
This is suitable for all ages, is wheelchair friendly, and will be at a leisurely pace.
