Poetry in the Garden
Sat 22 November 2014
Murray Edwards College
Enjoy a garland of purely pleasurable readings by Vahni Capildeo, Leo Mellor and John Regan, and explore urban wilderness and tainted pastoral. This session mingles contemporary poetry and familiar texts. It will take place in a room with a view of the Murray Edwards College gardens, which won an award for their 'The Transit of Venus' theme at the RHS Chelsea Flower Show (2007) and have been designed as outdoor galleries of living art and spaces for the use and enjoyment of the student body. Light refreshments will be provided.
